Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide remote support to two executives at our firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and prior executive support experience who can manage priorities, anticipate needs, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
We want to be very transparent - we are the place people go to grow, not to relax. We are specifically looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments and wants to work closely alongside a highly active executive operating at a high level. If you're not ready to work evenings and weekends during tax season, and to also focus on quality/learning throughout the year, you will hate it here.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally responsive, resourceful, and eager to learn. If you’re the type of person who doesn’t fully “switch work off,” enjoys staying engaged, solving problems quickly, and being deeply involved in business operations, you’ll likely do very well here.
You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to tax, accounting, firm operations, executive decision-making, and high-level business management while working directly with leadership.
We are looking for someone who is highly responsive, quick-thinking, dependable, and capable of operating independently from day one in a fast-paced environment. We want someone who genuinely wants to work alongside high performers and contribute at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in helping manage communications, operations, client coordination, scheduling, and executive priorities while occasionally assisting with accounting-related administrative support and internal firm operations. Please submit a cover letter with the title of the most recent long form video from Jasmine DiLucci's YouTube channel to show attention to detail.
